General Conditons:
Once the purchase has been maded, just add your ACR card number in the field reserved for it: ACR Card de Reggae.es / Order Comments.
We will confirm that number with the ACR, Asociación Cultural Reggae, this process may take between 24 and 48h.
-If you place an order and choose to pay At the package reception: Once your card number will be confirmed; your order will be shipped with the corresponding discount already applied. You will only have to pay the final ammount once you receive the package, this ammount will be notified to the customer by mail before shipping the order.
-If you place an order and choose to pay Online with Credit Card: Once your card number will be confirmed; we will send back the resulting discount to the Credit Card that was used to make the online payement. The package wil be shipped without the need to wait for the ACR card number confirmation.
Notice:
The ACR card number verification process is only necessary to be done once. After been confirmed with an order, the customer will have access to our products without having to wait for another confirmation.
